Its got to the point that what ever they say will happen simply does not. I asked them the question - how am i to trust you with my protection when you can't resolve basics - not had a response. Some of the stuff was just stupid - auto responses saying they cant respond because they have no contact details - rrrrgh!! When I tried to uninstall AVG, the setup program would freeze and "(Not Responding)" would appear in the title bar (blue bar at the very top of the window); this has happened with every setup option as well (install, repair and uninstall). It's to bad to see a once excellent program go down like this.
